Do you ship international?

We ship all over the world from our facility here in Toronto, Canada!

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days (3 days for the All-Season Garage Mat).

You'll received an email notification with a tracking number once your package ships.

How fast is shipping?

For orders placed within Canada and the United States, standard USP shipments are usually delivered within 4-7 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines if you're located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

International shipments may take up to 21 days depending on location.

How do I make returns and exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer free, easy returns for all orders made in Canada and the US.

All merchandise must be in its original state: Clean, undamaged and unwashed.  With all original tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email tina@justsukitup.com to send the products back to us. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label, refunded, excluding original shipping charges, to your original form of payment.

If you'd like an exchange for a different size, style or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
